For installation you'll need a wrench and allen keyIMG_0027.JPG
Take off the face plate - if its difficult use a piece of rubber (or rubber glove) to add friction (or buy an expensive tool :)
Now loosen the nut that holds the heat exchanger and take it off - there is an oring below this - put that somewhere safe
Now you can take the mechanism out - you'll need to push the lever down as you pop it out (pushing the end where you took the nut off in the last step
Now push this little pin out - you might need to loosen the adjustment as it can trap the pin if it is wound tightly against it
Now take out the plastic adjustment knob - don't throw it away yet
you need to take the oring off this adjustment knob and place it on your stainless knob - an oring pick will help but you can squeeze it out with patience
screw in the stainless adjustment knob - some O2 lube would be a good idea - silcon will probably be OK
Now its time to put that little pin back - screw the adjustment knob in far enough to allow the pin to go in and then back off the knob to trap the pin so it doesn't fall out when your installing the regulator mechanism into the reg body
Now push the mechanism back into the reg body. Depress the lever as you put it in and make sure the mechanism if fully seated on other side. Last thing is to put the heat excahnger back in - don't forget the oring
